Meet the Joint Living Team
At Joint Living, we firmly believe that everyone deserves to live as their authentic selves and feel happy and secure in their environment and community. That’s why we go the extra mile to ensure that our properties offer serene communal and private spaces. Additionally, all our staff undergo DBS checks, and we have safeguarding procedures in place to provide support to any tenant facing difficult situations.
We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment, which is why we provide staff training and share knowledge on LGBTQ+ issues. This ongoing learning practice reflects our dedication to inclusivity and care for our tenants.
Our goal is to provide our tenants with the best possible living experience during their studies. We understand the importance of feeling welcomed and connected, especially for those who are new to a city and may not know anyone yet. To facilitate this, we host social events where tenants can meet us and each other, forming friendships within their community. Additionally, we treat our tenants to a monthly Free Pizza Friday, in partnership with Pizza Pilgrims, encouraging bonding time with their housemates.
Most of our first-year tenants will stay with us for the full duration of their studies and that is something we are really proud of.

With a vision to enhance the student accommodation experience, Zoe founded this agency with a commitment to thoughtful tenant care. She advocates for tenant rights and constantly seeks ways to improve the living standards of students.
Zoe’s values extend beyond business; she’s a proud member of The Living Wage movement, ensuring that all team members are compensated fairly and treated with respect. Additionally, Zoe serves on the board of local charities, demonstrating her dedication to giving back to the community.

With her extensive training as a Mental Health First Aider, Charlotte is dedicated to ensuring the well-being of our tenants and is always available to provide additional support when needed.
Her commitment to putting our tenants first has been instrumental in shaping our approach to student accommodation. Charlotte’s passion and dedication were recognized when she was awarded the title of “Most Dedicated Student Accommodation Businesswoman 2024.”
In addition to her role in tenant support, Charlotte also organizes all our tenant welcome events, creating memorable experiences for our residents from day one. Her creative flair extends to our social media presence, where she showcases the vibrant community spirit of our properties.

With a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of our portfolio, Dan is the go-to person for all things related to ensuring our tenants’ comfort and satisfaction.
At the heart of our property management operations stands Dan, our Head of Property Management. Darcy is another valued member of our Joint team, always ready to assist students with any questions about the city, university, and general student life. Darcy is always looking to help student life feel easier, especially after recently being a student herself.
Darcy joined the Joint team after graduating from Arts university in London and finding she had a passion for social media marketing. Working closely with Managing Director Zoe to find ways to make student life that bit better through the power of Social Media. Whether that’s creating a community for our students to be part of or helping them with finding the best deals to save money, Darcy is always looking to help student life feel easier, especially after recently being a student herself and experiencing some of these struggles.
When Darcy’s not working behind the scenes on our Instagram & Tik Tok she is working on herself by taking on as many hobbies. Darcy has a background in the creative industry so does a lot of painting in her spare time. She also runs a female community with the aim to help people in big cities find new friendships and connect with link-minded others which.

Sydney joined us with experience in the rental market and is a great asset to our team. She supports and guides students through the lettings process, helping them find a home that’s right for them.
Sydney joined us after working in another letting agency, she loves the fast paced environment of lettings. Loves making work as fun as possible by chatting to everyone in the office but also love to work hard. She loves a cheeky glass of red wine in the evenings and in the summer you will find her on Brighton beach at any given opportunity. Loves going to the gym to feel like the best version of herself!
