With a vision to enhance the student accommodation experience, Zoe founded this agency with a commitment to thoughtful tenant care. She advocates for tenant rights and constantly seeks ways to improve the living standards of students.

Zoe’s values extend beyond business; she’s a proud member of The Living Wage movement, ensuring that all team members are compensated fairly and treated with respect. Additionally, Zoe serves on the board of local charities, demonstrating her dedication to giving back to the community.

Her commitment to putting our tenants first has been instrumental in shaping our approach to student accommodation. Charlotte’s passion and dedication were recognized when she was awarded the title of “Most Dedicated Student Accommodation Businesswoman 2024.”

In addition to her role in tenant support, Charlotte also organizes all our tenant welcome events, creating memorable experiences for our residents from day one. Her creative flair extends to our social media presence, where she showcases the vibrant community spirit of our properties.

At the heart of our property management operations stands Dan, our Head of Property Management. With a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of our portfolio, Dan is the go-to person for all things related to ensuring our tenants’ comfort and satisfaction. His dedication to providing top-notch support and responsiveness to our tenants’ needs is unmatched.

Dan’s passion lies in making sure that every resident feels at home and enjoys their living experience to the fullest. Whether it’s addressing maintenance issues promptly or brainstorming innovative ways to enhance our students’ living environment, Dan is always on the lookout for ways to elevate the quality of the properties.

But Dan doesn’t work alone. He’s supported by Teresa, a crucial part of our team. Together, they form a dynamic duo, ensuring that every maintenance request and concern is swiftly dealt with through our convenient tenant app. With their combined expertise and unwavering commitment, our tenants can rest assured that they’re in good hands.

Pete is the maestro of our finances, orchestrating precision and ensuring we dance in perfect compliance with every rule in the book. He’s the guardian of your deposits, ensuring they’re safely protected with MyDeposits.

Crossing paths with him sometimes means your rent’s taken an unexpected detour into the realm of fashionably late! But don’t worry chat to him, he’s actually human!

Nina joined Joint after working as a residential property manager across West Sussex, bringing a sharp eye for detail and a calm, solutions-focused approach. With a criminology degree from Kingston University, she’s a natural problem solver—perfectly suited to the fast-paced world of property management. Splitting her time between Chichester and Brighton, Nina balances professionalism with personality. When she’s not keeping everything running smoothly, you’ll find her horse riding, socialising with friends, or enjoying a zesty glass of Sauvignon Blanc. Always organised, approachable, and upbeat, Nina tackles every challenge with confidence and a smile

Meet Katie, a valuable member of our Lettings Team based in Bath & Bristol. With a rich background in hospitality and lettings, Katie brings a wealth of experience to our team. She is deeply passionate about our houses and understands the importance of creating a warm, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our tenants.

Born and raised in the West Country, Katie has an intimate knowledge of the cities of Bath and Bristol. Her familiarity with these vibrant locales allows her to showcase our houses with confidence and enthusiasm. Katie is eager to introduce you to the unique charm and appeal of our properties in both of these great cities.

Darcy joined the Joint team after graduating from Arts university in London and finding she had a passion for social media marketing. Working closely with Managing Director Zoe to find ways to make student life that bit better through the power of Social Media. Whether that’s creating a community for our students to be part of or helping them with finding the best deals to save money, Darcy is always looking to help student life feel easier, especially after recently being a student herself and experiencing some of these struggles. 

When Darcy’s not working behind the scenes on our Instagram & Tik Tok she is working on herself by taking on as many hobbies. Darcy has a background in the creative industry so does a lot of painting in her spare time. She also runs a female community with the aim to help people in big cities find new friendships and connect with link-minded others which. 

Nish joined Joint after graduating from Brighton University with an engineering degree. He balances precision with pleasure, ensuring every task is handled meticulously while having a blast. Whether he’s savoring a Negroni by the beach or chasing the next adrenaline rush, Nish is always up for a good time. He loves watching and playing sports and is always ready to tackle any challenge with a smile and a splash of fun!

Sydney joined us  after working in another letting agency, she loves the fast paced environment of lettings. Loves making work as fun as possible by chatting to everyone in the office but also love to work hard. She loves a cheeky glass of red wine in the evenings and in the summer you will find her on Brighton beach at any given opportunity. Loves going to the gym to feel  like the best version of herself!
