Joint Lettings Agency was created by Rivers Birtwell, a family-run, Brighton-based landlord, with one clear goal: to ensure our tenants receive the best possible service.
Our unique, tenant-first approach sets us apart from traditional landlord-tenant relationships. We offer a personal, supportive, and human experience taking the time to get to know our tenants, help them settle in comfortably, and stay engaged with them throughout their time with us.

We DESIGN & DECORATE every home ourselves, with students at the heart of every decision. Each property features fully furnished, uniquely styled bedrooms and spacious communal areas, complete with calming artwork created by local artists.
We LET & MANAGE every one of our properties directly meaning no third parties or external agencies. From the moment you move in, you’ll be dealing with us and only us, ensuring a personal and consistent experience throughout your tenancy.
We SUPPORT YOU 24/7, with a dedicated tenant app that makes it easy to report maintenance issues, track progress, and chat with our team at any time

With Joint Living, you can rent a single room or a whole house as a group whichever suits you best. You only need to worry about your rent; we take care of the rest.
