Whilst you’re just getting back into the study groove and deadline season is only a blip in the distant future, it’s never too early to start planning your housing next year. Whether this is your first year at uni or if you’re a returning student, here’s how you can take an extra task off your future to-do list by renewing with Joint Living early!

By the time deadline season does come around, you can focus on just getting those assignments done without also needing to find a new place to stay (and maybe you’ll be able to squeeze in some downtime in your amazing Joint common spaces whilst you’re at it!) You’ve already been vetted and have your references and guarantor approved, so you don’t need to start the process afresh.

- So how do I renew my tenancy with Joint?
It’s a quick and convenient process! Starting from October 1st, just let us know that you’d like to renew with us for another year. Rooms aren’t advertised to anyone else until the start of November, so you’ll have a month’s exclusive access to decide whether you’d like to stay with us longer!
Once you’ve let us know you’d like to renew, you’ll then pay a holding deposit of one week’s rent. Then, you can kick back and relax knowing you’re set for another year!

Since you’re staying in the same amazing place, you won’t need to manage the hassle of putting down a brand new deposit, or waiting around for your deposit returns. If you’re using Reposit, you’ll also avoid the usual fee. Just pay a tiny admin charge and you’re all set!
